This was achieved simultaneously using an inverted model. So you get two designs during production and no production waste. The design is designed to make the most of a standard size 4'x 8' and 3/4" thick MDF or plywood sheet. You will need two sheets of material to make the two designs. In addition, this design is designed to be repetitive so you can make a full partition wall of the room. 1/4" cutter is used for production. It is important to mark the part numbers so that you do not get confused later. Of course, they can also be engraved with a small engraving cutter.
Special geometry support rails ensure precise gaps between each segment.
